ZLYJ series reducer is a gear tansmission device with high-precision hard tooth surface and thrust package designed for plastic and rubber screw extruders. It is characterized by the use of high-strength alloy steel for gears and shaft parts. The gears are processed by carburizing, quenching and grinding processes. The gear accuracy is GB10095-88, 6 grades. Gear hardness is HRC54-62.Large-size thrust bearing is equipped at the front end of the hollow output shaft to withstand the axial thrust when the screw is working. The whole machine has the characteristics of small size, high bearing capacity, stable transmission, low noise and high efficiency.

Precautions
1. The reducer should pay attention to be moisture-proof during transportation and storage, and the exposed processing surface should be recoated with anti-rust oil if it is not installed within half a year.
2. Installing reducer should be on a flat foundation, In the case of uniform tightening of anchor bolts, the screw in the shaft can rotate evenly without jamming, to avoiding add additional force to the output shaft bearing and affect the bearing life. Do not use strong assembly and disassembly screws.
3. After the reducer is installed, the lubricating oil is injected into the centerline of the oil standard. The oil level should be determined after the lubricating oil is evenly distributed in the tank, the oil level should be checked frequently, and in any case, the oil level should not be lower than the lower oil mark position. Please use medium duty industrial gear oil L-CKC220 or L-CKC320, after the first use of 300~600 hours, the oil should be changed once. After that, the oil should be changed every 3000 hours. The replacement should be discharged when the reducer is stopped and the lubricating oil has not cooled. The box should be rinsed with oil of the same quality. If it is not suitable to rinse due to high viscosity, heat or use low viscosity oil first.
4. In the initial stage of start-up, the reducer equipped with the forced lubrication of the oil pump, may cause insufficient oil intake and excessive noise, due to the high oil viscosity and high oil suction resistance of the oil pump. This phenomenon generally disappears on its own, when the temperature of the lubricating oil increases. For the reducer with motor oil pump, the motor oil pump should be turned on before loading, so that the empty car can run for a period of time to facilitate the full lubrication of each lubrication point.
5. In normal operation, if the noise of the oil pump increases, the general situation may be that, the oil circuit resistance is too large. In this case, clean the filter and other related parts. No matter what kind of reducer of that size, if it is not used for a long time, or when the temperature is too low, it should be run empty for a period of time.
6. In the work, when the rise of oil temperature exceeds 70°C, or the oil temperature exceeds 100 °C, the quality of the oil decreases, and abnormal noise and other phenomena should be stopped. To solve these problems you should repair and eliminate carefully, and replace lubricating oil.
